Introduction

Janapath Secondary School, based on community was established in 2012 B.S (1955 AD) at the main door of the capital city at Kalanki - 14, Just 5 or 6 KM Far away to the western part of the capital city, Kathmandu. The school building was terminated/ pulled out while widening Kalanki to Soltimode road in 2060 BS. (2003 AD) and now the school is running at rental huts in two shifts with poor accommodation. The building is now under the construction process. It serves students from different parts of city like Kalanki, Bafal, Kuleshwor, Kirtipur, Syuchatar, and Naikap. The school was promoted to lower secondary level in -1975 AD and- secondary level in 1991 AD - . the school has also started per primary section in 2007 AD. Here about 484 students are studying. Mainly children of rural people, migrated vendors, drivers, daily wages laborers and lower level employees are being taught here. Moreover, Majority of them are domestic children who are employed at a household work.

Basically childern of rural people, migrated vendors, drivers, daily wages labourers and lower level employees are being taught here. There by we are going to train our children culturally to adjust in every society. The school aims to produce competitive manpower which can be sold even in the international arena. The school has run various educational activities to support in their study. The study isnot limit only in theories and books but it foscuses /emphasises the pratical aspects. This school wants to keep good relationship with parents, social workers, local people and stakeholders inorder to uplift education standard of school.
